Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Merchandise showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted. We recommend trying on items on carpeted surfaces to avoid damage.

Please use standard cardboard shipping boxes for returns. You may reuse the shipping box you received from us. Ensure the package is sealed securely, as you are responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Notes:

Refunds exclude shipping charges.
- The refund amount will be reduced by 2% of the total received from the customer. This fee covers non-refundable merchandise charges, and as such, the customer is responsible for this cost.
- Once processed, we have no control over how quickly the funds are returned to your account.
Order Cancellation Policy

Refunds for cancellations will include the purchase price and shipping charges.

Debit or credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as they are retained by the payment gateway.
